The terms and conditions set out below, including the payment and delivery terms, apply in the version according to the date of your order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices are given in Swiss francs including VAT. Find the delivery prices at the checkout. The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment through PayPal or a third-party payment provider. We will immediately process your order as soon as we get the exact amount of money, including shipping costs. The items will be sent via parcel service.


We will carry out all deliveries and services based on the following terms and conditions. This contract and any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to Swiss Law. The CISG (UN Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods) shall not apply.


Our price list, brochures, and publications on the internet are effective without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn as long as there is no other written agreement or confirmation of your order. The amount and fulfillment of the delivery are defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.


The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the country where the order was made; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs. Any liability for unavailable products or for delays in shipment or delivery is expressly excluded.


All prices are given in Swiss francs. Vat is included in the price. Successful delivery will only occur upon payment by PayPal, our third-party payment provider. If the delivery address lies outside Switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. 


Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated.


We accept returns; the request must be in writing within 14 days of delivery (receipt of goods). The item must be received at our provided return address in Switzerland, including all packaging and with no traces of use, within 10 days of Serlet return approval to qualify for any refund. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges and the payment fee from the PayPal payments or third-party payment provider Stripe.

The return of sales is rejected, if (not conclusive):

  • there are traces of use
  • the product is returned without the original packaging and manuals
  • the goods are damaged due to transportation

Once you have contacted us via email, we will provide you with the return address.

You must purchase tracking and send us an e-mail at sales@serlet.ch with the tracking information & your order number. We do not refund costs for shipping and customs. 


In general, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction. The liability for indirect and consequential damages, such as but not limited to loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.


Certain content, products, and services available via our service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant it. We will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or other materials, products, or services of third parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made with any third-party websites. Please review the third-party's policies and practices carefully and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.


The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service).


These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland, excluding CISG.

The courts of Zürich shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from the Agreement.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
