Shipping & Returns
Please note that all orders are pre-orders. The loungewear sets are handmade to order and dispatched 3–6 weeks after purchase. Good things need time. Our process is genuine, full of love and care.
Shipping is free for all orders above CHF 400.–. We ship all items with tracked and registered mail.
SWITZERLAND
Standard shipping 1–2 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 9.–.
EUROPE
Standard shipping 2–4 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 19.–.
REST OF WORLD
Standard shipping 3–7 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 24.–.
Please note shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when Serlet has confirmed the shipment of your order. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale suggested; however, we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
— You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
— To be eligible for a return, send us a request in writing within 14 days of delivery. The item must be received at our provided return address in Switzerland within 10 days of Serlet's approval to qualify for any refund.
— You must purchase tracking and send us an email at sales@serlet.ch with the tracking information & your order number.
— Your return item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges and the service payment fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
