Shipping & Returns

Please note that all orders are pre-orders. The loungewear sets are handmade to order and dispatched 3–6 weeks after purchase. Good things need time. Our process is genuine and full of love and care.

We ship all items with tracked and registered mail.

Standard shipping 1–2 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 12.–. 

Standard shipping 2–4 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 27.–. 

Standard shipping 3–7 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 34.–. 

Please note shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery times are indicated from the day Serlet confirmed your order's shipment. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale suggested; however, we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

— You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it.

— To be eligible for a return, send us a written request within 14 days of delivery. The item must be received at our provided return address in Switzerland within 10 days of Serlet's approval to qualify for any refund.

— You must purchase tracking and email us at with the tracking information & your order number.

— Your return item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and service payment fees.

Once you have contacted us via email, we will provide you with the return address.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
