Shipping & Returns
As a small label, we take great care in processing and shipping your Serlet products swiftly and securely. All items are sent via tracked and registered mail to ensure they reach you safely and promptly.
SWITZERLAND
Standard shipping 2–3 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 10.–.
EUROPE
Standard shipping 2–4 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 27.–.
REST OF WORLD
Standard shipping 3–7 days, tracked and registered mail CHF 34.–.
Please note shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
If the parcel is lost during shipment, Serlet will not be held liable, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
Delivery times are indicated from the day Serlet confirmed your order's shipment. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale suggested; however, we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
— You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it.
— To be eligible for a return, send us a written request within 14 days of delivery. The item must be received at our provided return address in Switzerland within 10 days of Serlet's approval to qualify for any refund.
— You must purchase tracking and email us at sales@serlet.ch with the tracking information & your order number.
— Your return item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
– There will be a return flat fee of CH 10.–
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, and any service fees. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return fee will be deducted from your refund when processed.
The item remains the costumers responsibility until it is received at our return address.
Once you have contacted us via email, we will provide you with the return address.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
